- Arrest, booking, and jail records: Pueblo County Sheriff's Office Records, 719-583-6125; detention questions, 719-583-6135
- Pueblo municipal cases: Pueblo Municipal Court, 719-562-3810, weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Official Colorado checks: use the CBI Internet Criminal History Check System or authorized CABS fingerprint route
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Sealing and juvenile expungement: file through the court that handled the case
The sheriff's live instructions still list Pueblo County Sheriff's Office Records, 909 Court Street, Pueblo, CO 81003, 719-583-6125. Because jail services moved to 3830 Medal of Honor Boulevard in July 2026, call before visiting the records counter. For state court files, contact Pueblo Combined Court, 501 N. Elizabeth Street, 719-404-8700, weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pueblo Police Records and Pueblo Municipal Court are both at 200 S. Main Street. Police Records uses 719-553-2554, and Municipal Court uses 719-562-3810; both post weekday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
