Terms of Use

These conditions govern use of Pueblo County Criminal History. Visiting a page, reading its content, or submitting a search means that you accept them. If you disagree with any condition, stop using the website.

NO FCRA USE. Pueblo County Criminal History is privately operated and has no connection to a local, Colorado, or federal government body. Neither the website nor its advertising partners offer a service for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions, or any other Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) purpose. This is a reference to Pueblo County, Colorado record sources, not a private investigator or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This private reference site operates independently of government. It does not hold official records, perform official checks, retrieve documents, or make filings for a visitor.

Its role is to identify Pueblo County custodians, including the sheriff, criminal courts, Colorado Bureau of Investigation, and Colorado Convicted Sex Offender Search, and to link to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

  • Use automated bots or scrapers against the pages
  • Violate a federal, Colorado, or local law
  • Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate another person
  • Use content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
  • Seek unauthorized access to any system
  • Disrupt performance or prevent access by others

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked service must not be used to stalk, threaten, intimidate, harass, or discriminate. Such conduct may be criminal. Colorado restricts misuse of Colorado Convicted Sex Offender Search data. Registry information supports public-safety awareness, not vigilantism, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not an FCRA consumer reporting agency and produce no consumer, credit, or background report. Our advertising partners likewise do not provide site services intended for applicant, rental, insurance, or credit review. You must not use site or linked data to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A check for a regulated purpose must come from an FCRA-compliant provider or the proper official process through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is not legal advice. General Pueblo County record information cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, sealing rule, or juvenile expungement process applies to an individual. Consult a licensed Colorado attorney.

6. No Warranties

All content is supplied "as is." We make no promise that:

  • The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
  • The site will stay up and running without interruptions
  • Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
  • Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Charges may be filed, dismissed, sealed, or, in juvenile matters, expunged. Gaps and delays can occur. Nothing here is an official statement by a court, sheriff, CBI, or other agency.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links lead to sheriff sites, court portals, Colorado agencies, legal-aid organizations, and outside services. We do not control their availability, prices, data practices, or content. Their own terms apply after you leave.

8. Intellectual Property

Pueblo County Criminal History or its content partners own the site's text, graphics, logos, and code. Written permission is required to copy, adapt, modify, or distribute that material.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from site use or from decisions based on information here or through a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, demands, or proceedings caused by your use of the site or breach of these terms, including related legal fees and costs.

11. Governing Law

Colorado law governs these terms. A dispute tied to site use must be brought in a court located in Colorado. Relevant public criminal-record access is governed by the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, C.R.S. §§24-72-301 through 309, while the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. §§24-72-200.1 through 206, governs other public records.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms. A revision becomes effective when posted on this page. These terms are effective July 16, 2026.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be restricted or ended at any time, without advance notice and for any reason.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, all others remain effective. The affected provision will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it enforceable.

15. Questions

Questions about these conditions may be sent through the Contact page.
